SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide with only a few exceptions. Retail and Dropshipping orders ship within 1-2 days at most. Wholesale orders normally take longer to ship and preparation time depends on several factors (stock availablity, quantities and designs ordered, quality check procedures etc). We endeavor to ship all orders the soonest it is humanly possible.

Shipping time is about 1-3 weeks depending on the receiving country and customs. Delivery time might be in a few instances affected by factors beyond our immediate control such as holidays, weather, customs random checks, postal mishandling etc. As such, delays can happen, however we would like to ensure you that they are a rare occurrence. Our goal is to get your item in a timely manner no matter where you live. 

Shipping fee is a flat $10 for all worldwide destinations by Airmail ePacket which is a safe and fast mailing service. Express delivery by DHL Express is available upon request for an extra fee and will take about 3-5 business days.

Our system will automatically email you a tracking number that you can use to track your item. You can use this number in the website of the postal carrier of your country for example USPS for USA, Royal Mail for the UK, La Poste for France, Australia Post for Australia etc. To track an item you can also use one of the following two links:

If you have not received tracking information within 2 days of placing your order please check your spam and promotions folder.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the customs authorities of the destination country. The shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties or fees. This is a rare occurence but possible in certain cases. Any charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer; we have no control over these charges and do not know if charges will apply and what they may be if any. Customs policies vary from country to country; If you are not sure you should contact your local customs office for information.

For security reasons and for a speedy smooth delivery, wholesale orders ship via express courrier services such as DHL Express, Fedex, EMS etc. This ensures that our retailers and wholesale customers receive their merchandise securely and in a timely manner to allow them to successfully operate their own businesses.
